Performance/Capacity Control Problems:

Sudden decrease in capacity

Subtle decrease in capacity over a longer period of time

Sudden Decrease in Capacity:

Air Flow Thru the unit Disrupted as a result of Fill bundles falling to the basin

Debris is Inside unit disrupting the Airflow

Ice has formed in the Tower

Fan has come loose from Shaft

Driven Sheave has fallen off

Belts have come off or are loose

Repair Supports if possible, or contact your local Mr. GoodTower Service Center

Remove any debris.

Turn off Fan, and run tower water until ice has melted

Contact your local Mr. GoodTower Service Center

Contact your local Mr. GoodTower Service Center

Tighten belts per recommended prcedures.

Contact your local Mr. GoodTower Service Center for Procedures.

Subtle decrease in capacity over a longer period of time:

Loose belts

Eliminators Positioned upside down

Tighten belts per recommended prcedures.

Contact your local Mr. GoodTower Service Center for Procedures.

Reposition elimnators.
